Client:	National Insurance Company
Objective:	Our client wanted to hold their national meeting in an exciting city with easy accessibility and a city that would get their attendees motivated and excited to come.
Action Plan:	We researched cities that would be fun to go to in the winter, had low airfares, and a great airport, and a city we could build a theme around. San Diego was the selected city and we geared all materials and the invitation to the meeting around sailing. We carried the "Set Sail for Success" theme throughout the meeting, banquets, and attendee gifts.
Results:	The post meeting survey from all the attendees said it was the best meeting the company had done and they went away feeling great starting the new year.
